(b) On March 30, 2022, Sonder Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Ritesh Patel, Vice President, Corporate Controller of the Company. Mr. Patel is resigning to pursue a new professional opportunity and his last day at the Company will be April 11, 2022.
